With over 35 years of experience in the banking sector as a former Bank Manager, I bring deep financial and operational expertise to my current role as Business Development Manager at a commercial cleaning company. My responsibilities span across business transformation, CFO functions, procurement, compliance, and corporate governance—helping to drive strategic growth and operational excellence. I leverage my extensive leadership background to create value across both front-line operations and back-office functions, aligning business goals with long-term sustainability and performance.

Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, I’m responsible for driving the efficiency and structure behind our business. I manage key functions including Payroll, Finance, Compliance, and team coordination—ensuring we stay aligned with both operational goals and regulatory standards.
